Board
The GERG Board is chaired by the President of GERG and is responsible
both for the management of GERG activities and for efficient
and effective gas R&D within GERG. The GERG Board meets
twice per year.

Plenary
The Plenary Assembly is chaired by the President of GERG and
comprises a representative from each GERG member. Programme
Committee Chairmen attend the autumn Plenary meeting every year.
The GERG Plenary has specific decision-making responsibility
with regard to the overall functioning of GERG. The Plenary
Assembly meets twice per year. See the

Programme Committees
The Programme Committees are made up of senior R&D staff
from member organisations and they are responsible for R&D
activities in their PC's technical area. The Programme Committees
meet twice per year.

Secretariat
The Secretariat is responsible for day to day management of
GERG affairs and activities in Brussels; for liaison with the
Eurogas-Marcogaz coalition and other external organisations
and, in particular, those of the European Union. See
